I always have really tight muscles in my neck/shoulders. Every once in a great while, when I’m lucky, I get to have a professional massage and even she says they are bad! One of the last times I was there, she gave me something to try at home for relief. I’ll get to that in a second. more...

Maybe you have heard of larb before and maybe some of you are wondering, “What the heck is it?” And yes, it is larb not lard. Laab aka larb is a popular dish that originated from Southeast Asia and is dish that I have had since I was a child. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would encourage you to. You can find this dish in most Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, but why go out when you can make it at home?!
