I understand why people can get really frustrated when they are trying to make healthier habits, it can seem like you get conflicting pieces of advice. That's why I was really excited when someone mentioned "5-2-1-0" to me. I personally do not make resolutions, but when early January rolls around, I press the reset button and evaluate things I have been doing well and areas where I need to make some improvements. One of the areas where I could certainly make some changes is my vegetable intake. Enter Butternut Squash Soup!
