Life is busy. We get it. Just the thought of trying to fit in a workout after a full day of work can be exhausting, let alone ACTUALLY making it happen. Coach Melissa decided that she was going to make the most of every minute, and work some exercise into her busy schedule by incorporating RUNCH (lunch runs.)
