This weekend I had this apple salad and it was so good I wanted to share. It’s the perfect summer salad!
Apple Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
• 3 red delicious apple
• 1 (8 ounce) lemon low fat yogurt
• 1/3 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
• 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
• 2 tablespoons chopped walnut
• Salt and pepper
Directions
1. Cut up peeled and cored apples; set aside.
2. Combine yogurt and the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
3. Add apples and toss!
