I love, love, love coming home to a house that smells delicious and reminds me I already made dinner- thank you slow cooker! We love Chinese food in our household but in an attempt to eat healthier I opted for this homemade chicken and vegetable meal that I serve with brown rice. I found that if I have the right sauce, my family will eat pretty much any vegetable so I love this recipe: Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken with Veggies.

The great thing about these is that they all contain some vegetables and they are all quick (or use the slow cooker). My son ate all but the peanut sesame noodles – they were too spicy for him.
