Easy Peasy Homemade Salsa

This recipe is for all of you salsa lovers out there!
 
I personally cannot get enough of the stuff, so I figured if I am going to be eating a lot of it, I might as well make my own and avoid the store bought processed stuff! This recipe is ridiculously simple, and can be altered in any way to fit your taste!
 
What I use:
  • 5 large tomatoes-chopped
  • 1 white onion- chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions-finely chopped
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons of oregano

 

Other options to add - jalapeños, mango slices, parsley, chili powder! The list is endless!

Combine all ingredients and enjoy! Boom! I can eat this on almost anything-celery, rice cakes, chicken, steak, potatoes, tacos, salad, you name it, and I have probably tried it, or at least thought about trying it!
