During the fall we get to experience a few pleasant things – leaves changing colors, fresh-from-the-orchard apples, and warm days with cool nights. Some other not-so-enjoyable things that come with fall are shorter days, cold weather, and fast-fading exercise motivation. As for me, my typical evening walk doesn’t seem to be as fun in the dark and cold.
