Life is busy. We get it. Just the thought of trying to fit in a workout after a full day of work can be exhausting, let alone ACTUALLY making it happen. I would definitely call myself a fair weather runner, my cutoff is 15 degrees--anything under that and I'm staying inside. While some runners find the treadmill boring and tedious, I've actually become very fond of it. However, when I have longer workouts on the schedule, I know I'll have to come up with some sort of game plan to keep things interesting. Playing with speed and incline are great ways to mix it up! more...
