Tunes to Move – Win an iPod®!
Looking to get active this summer? Sometimes good tunes are all the motivation we need to get moving! Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire (GHC) commercial members (those who have insurance through their employer) can now enter to win an iPod® ShuffleTM!

How to Enter
To enter, all you need to do is complete the online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) before August 29th, 2008 and you are automatically entered to win!

The sooner you complete the HRA, the more chances you have to win! There will be three random drawings held on June 30, July 30 and August 29. Once you take the HRA, you will be entered into all remaining drawings.

How to take the HRA:
  1. Visit the GHC home page.
  2. Login by entering your GHC ID number and group number in the designated fields in the upper-left hand corner of our home page.
  3. Choose Health Risk Assessment on the left-hand menu.
  4. Complete the HRA and you are on your way to winning an iPod® ShuffleTM!

If you have completed your online HRA between March 1, 2008 and now, you are already entered to win! If you completed an online HRA prior to March 1, you can take the HRA again to be entered into the drawing. Since health information changes, it is valuable to re-take the assessment periodically.
