During the summer months, sometimes nothing hits the spot like an ice-cold glass of iced tea. When I was visiting the farmer’s market last weekend, I noticed that raspberries are coming into season. I’m a fan of fresh berries and I’m always looking for new ways to use them.

Yields: 6
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
6 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup lime juice
4 cups ice-brewed green tea
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients except tea in a food processor and process until very smooth
2. Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth
3. Whisk into tea
4. Serve over ice
