As promised in an earlier post, here is the recipe for the granola snacks that are perfect for on the go!

Peanut Butter Granola Bites

Makes about 16 balls

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey

2 to 4 tablespoons milk, as needed

2 cups granola

Instructions:

In a large bowl, blend the peanut butter and honey.  Stir in granola. Add just enough milk to moisten this mixture – it doesn’t take much!  You want this well blended and to stick together. Too much milk and the granola won’t stick together.  Form into small, bite size balls.  Chill until ready to serve.

Takes about 10 minutes.  Enjoy!
