Today’s recipe is a tasty, yet healthy way to treat yourself this summer! The most difficult part about making these popsicles is waiting for them to freeze!

Let me know what flavor combinations you try!

Yields: 4

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup fresh fruit of frozen fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
2 tablespoons honey
4 wooden popsicle sticks or plastic spoons
4 paper cups (5 oz size)
Aluminum foil

Instructions:
1. Place the yogurt, fruit (slightly thawed if frozen) and honey in a blender
2. Blend to desired consistency
3. Pour into paper cups, filling them ¾ full
4. Cover the cups with foil. Make slits in the center of the foil covers and insert the popsicle sticks
5. Put in the freezer for about 5 hours, or until frozen solid
6. When ready, peel off the paper cup and enjoy!
